When will my order be shipped?

We usually ship all orders within 2 business days of receiving cleared funds.

Domestic shipping (within Australia) options

International shipping (outside Australia)

We offer international shipping to Canada, China, France, Germany, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Please note that dog life jackets are unavailable for international orders due to their size. 

For customers in the United States, we collect import duties and taxes at checkout. Your order will then be delivered Duties Paid (DDP), meaning everything is handled upfront.

For all other international customers, any duties, taxes or customs charges that may apply are the responsibility of the recipient. Your local customs authority will contact you directly if payment is required before delivery.
