Refund policy

We quality check all our products prior to shipping and are confident you will love them as much as we do. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any items within 30 days of receiving your order. 

Returns within Australia

You may submit a return request for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Simply email hello@sandysnoots.com.au with details of your return request, including your order number. 

We offer complimentary shipping for any exchanges within Australia, however customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping for refunds. 

Returns outside of Australia

You may submit a return request for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Simply email hello@sandysnoots.com.au with details of your return request, including your order number. 

International customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping for returns and all related fees. We recommend using your preferred local shipping courier and insuring all packages with a tracking number.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer direct exchanges on international orders. We ask that you return the products for a refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience. 

Extended returns for the holiday season

This holiday season, we’re spreading the cheer with an extended returns window! Any goodies purchased in November or December can be returned up to 60 days of receiving your order—twice as long as usual. Whether you’re gift shopping or treating your pup, there’s no rush. Relax, enjoy the holidays, and know we’ve got you covered!
