Do your dog rashies have a harness hole?

No, our dog rashies don't have a harness hole. However many of our customers like to wear their harness over the top of their dog rashie.

How do I measure my dog's head circumference?

The best way to measure your dog's head circumference is to use a soft tape measure. Position it around the top of your dog's head, going underneath their ears and above their eyes – wherever you’d like the base of the crown to sit. 

I live outside of Australia — why can't I see your collection of life jackets?

International customers aren't able to see our collection of life jackets because they're not available to purchase outside of Australia. Unfortunately due to their size, they're too expensive for us to ship internationally. 

I need to arrange a size swap — what do I do?

It's important to us that your pup gets the perfect fit, so please don't hesitate to contact us if you need to swap sizes! You can get the ball rolling by contacting us via our Store Chat or email hello@sandysnoots.com.au. We'll post out the new size as well as a reply paid satchel for the return.
